Sophia Brandt, Editor-in-Chief
Sophia Brandt is a senior in the Global Ecology Program at Poolesville High School. This is her second year with The Pulse, and she is honored to be editor-in-chief this year. Outside of school, and The Pulse, she spends her time swimming for both the school team and club team, tutoring, writing short stories, volunteering at the local library, and reading. Sophia also works as the social media coordinator for an online-based educational organization called Education 4 Advancement, and lifeguards every weekend. With the weather changing Sophia's favorite season is fall; it's not too cold, not too hot and her allergies are under control.
