Jessica Ouart is a senior in the Independent Studies Program (ISP). As the POMs captain and a member of the HERO Club, she enjoys dancing and spending time with her friends. Tomatoes are her least favorite food, but she could beat a frog in a fight. She is looking forward to making good memories at Poolesville (including writing for The Pulse) before moving on to college!
