Free period products in PHS bathrooms
Period products are now available in every bathroom at Poolesville High School (PHS). Over the past months, the PHS chapter of the Period club has come together to make donation boxes and has placed them around the school. Period products are being placed in the bathrooms, with a mission to end period poverty and stigma. Club representatives ask that students only take one when they need it.
If you are interested in being a part of the movement, the club meets in Room 52 during lunch on Thursdays. Their Instagram account is @period.poolesville.
